Fundraising Opportunities

BXF offers a unique opportunity for local not-for-profit agencies to raise money by running the alcohol concessions at BXF Live! events.

Participating Organizations retain 100% of the profits.

BXF provides all of the up front costs for the purchase of the alcohol through a local AB Distributer at wholesale prices.

Your Organizations' only expense is a nominal One Day Liquor License Application Fee which is paid Directly to the Anne Arundel County Liquor Board ($10 for a beer & wine license, or $25 for a beer, wine & liquor license).

BXF encourages the Organization to provide 4-5 volunteers to sell the alcohol, but can provide and bill for these workers after the event, at a rate of $7.00/hr. per employee (our cost).

BXF requires participating Organizations to assist in promoting the event to their membership, friends and community. As apart of this effort, we request that participating Organizations provide a press release within 30 days prior to the event.

Additionally, every participating Organization is required to provide a copy of their By-Laws and a completed One Day Liquor License Application (provided by BXF), along with a check or money order, in the amount of $10 (beer&wine) or $25 (beer, wine, liquor), made payable to the Anne Arundel County Liquor Board, within 20 days prior to the event.
